Refund Policy
- Customers have a maximum of 3 days from the receipt of their package to make returns or exchanges.
- Returns must be shipped to or dropped off at our return address.
- Please do not send returning packages to the address on the TTPOST Track Packs. Message us on WhatsApp at (868) 379-4675 for information on our return address.
- Shipping fee for returns must be paid by customers.
- You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- There are no returns or refund on sale items.
- Refunds will be accommodated once a replacement is not available.
- Refunds will be facilitated within 5 working days. Depending on the financial institution your refund may require an additional 2 - 3 days to process.
