Refund Policy

  • Customers have a maximum of 3 days from the receipt of their package to make returns or exchanges.
  • Returns must be shipped to or dropped off at our return address.
  • Please do not send returning packages to the address on the TTPOST Track Packs. Message us on WhatsApp at (868) 379-4675 for information on our return address.
  • Shipping fee for returns must be paid by customers.
  • You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • There are no returns or refund on sale items.
  • Refunds will be accommodated once a replacement is not available.
  • Refunds will be facilitated within 5 working days. Depending on the financial institution your refund may require an additional 2 - 3 days to process.
